Day 3 of juice cleanse and going well! 👏
As I did prepare for this for two weeks, eating most veggies and as clean as I could, the side effects of the detox have not been that bad at all.
I always picked green juices, but recently I have discovered my body needs other nutrients as well that I have been neglecting due to their glycemic index.. But it turned out that I actually need more orange, yellow and red colors in my life. My 1st, 2nd and 3rd chakras were crying for them! So now I’m adding more carrots, orange, papaya, apricots, grapefuit, bananas and my beloved turmeric root ❤️ Yep, lot of sugar.. But this is a cleanse, not a weight loss program. That happens automatically after, once your body is clean and balanced. Why? Because you listen to your body and nourish it with what it requires without cravings, imbalanced amounts of foods, emotional eating, anxiety.. That’s how you stay healthy on the long run.
